FAQ

LEAD TIMES

  • All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship.  Each piece is estimated to ship within the lead time specified on its respective product page, and all lead times are measured from the next business day after an order is placed.  Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times, and all lead times specified are estimates only.  All of our products are made by hand to order in our studio. Most of items ship within approximately 7 to 10 business days and special items will take 4 to 6 weeks of purchase.  While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated on the product page, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.  If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@keanenewyork.com.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • All orders are shipped via Fedex, USPS, or DHL.  For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.  KEANE is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

  • Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

  • KEANE won't be able to redirect orders once shipments are in route. If shipping addresses need to be changed, please contact hello@keanenewyork.com as soon as possible.

  • KEANE does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor it is responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/DAMAGES/CANCELLATIONS

  • All sales on keanenewyork.com are final because every piece is made to order. However, we are happy to work on any issues and will try our best to accommodate. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@keanenewyork.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. KEANE is not responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Return/exchange shipping must be pre-paid via an insured delivery provider (UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express). We do not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.

  • In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we require that you email hello@keanenewyork.com within 7 days of receiving the item and include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  Upon evaluation, we will repair or replace your order at no additional cost.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@keanenewyork.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

RING SIZE/RESIZING/REPAIR

  • We highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size if you do not know your size. We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size as it is a personal preference, but we will do our best to help guide you. If you have any questions or a specialty size request, please email us at hello@keanenewyork.com.

  • We can resize almost any ring and can repair based on evaluation. We offer this service for a subsidized fee. Please reach out to hello@keanenewyork.com for more details.
